Orders are generally expected to arrive within 8–11 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you will receive the applicable shipping or tracking information where available.

3. Delivery Delays

4. Incorrect Delivery Information

Tracking information may take some time to update after an order has been collected.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact L'ORĂH™ as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging details or other information reasonably required to investigate the issue with the courier.

L'ORĂH™ will reasonably assist with the investigation and provide the applicable remedy where required by South African law.

8. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Any applicable delivery fee will depend on the shipping arrangements available for the customer's location and order.

9. Responsibility After Dispatch

Once an order has been successfully handed over to Aramex for delivery, the physical transportation of the parcel is handled by the courier.
